SubSniper is a platform that helps users manage and track their subscriptions. The Service scans emails to automatically detect subscriptions and provides insight into monthly and yearly costs.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Email Access

When you choose to connect your email:

• You grant SubSniper permission to scan your inbox for subscription-related emails
• Only metadata (sender, subject) and relevant content is stored
• You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings

5. Usage Rules

You agree to:

• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not provide false or misleading information
• Not circumvent the security of the Service
• Not access other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SubSniper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SubSniper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the settings.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
